On July 28th, we had our final briefing in Yeoksam, and the memories of our first briefing at this place came rushing back to us, making us feel quite nostalgic.
The last dinner of this day was a cherished moment to reflect on our journey from the day we first opened our restaurant in Korea back in 2019 until now. We couldn't help but appreciate how much we have grown and developed, and the valuable people we have met along the way, building up joyful memories.

With the official opening of EVETT 3.0 just around the corner, the EVETT team visited the construction site with excitement. It was a very special day as the team visited the site together for the first time. Upon arrival, the EVETT team closely inspected the progress and details of each construction aspect, accompanied by the site manager.
The construction is now reaching its final stages, and we are diligently moving forward with the last steps to provide our guests with the finest gourmet experience and service.

In Korea, you can often hear the phrase "fight fire with fire" in summer. It means to overcome the heat with heat. We eat samgyetang, a traditional summer health food, to beat the heat these days. Samgyetang is usually cooked using regular chickens or young chicken, but when serving precious guests, they are also served boiled chicken soup with Ogolgye, which is known to be more precious and nutritious than regular chickens.
The whole black-bodied ogolgye has the same warm properties as regular chickens, and the EVETT team wanted to approach the traditional ingredients in a new way. Not only that, but with fragrant summer roses and black walnuts, it has taken the classic to a new level.

Exciting News About the Upcoming Four hands Dinner |

In order to promote the charm of Korean ingredients worldwide, EVETT actively pursues four hands dinners with restaurants from different countries at least twice a year.
In early July, Chef Joseph and the EVETT team successfully concluded a four hands dinner with the restaurant Refer in Beijing, China. Through this collaboration, we once again realized the power of connecting people through food and culture, respecting each other's diversity, and fostering unprecedented innovation.
