On September 18, Restaurant EVETT will host a special lunch event with Chef Kiyong Kim of Restaurant Ki in Los Angeles.
Restaurant Ki’s cuisine begins not with recreating tradition as it is, but with expressing the stories and emotions within it in a contemporary way. Through restrained presentation and a balanced approach to flavor, the restaurant creates an experience that feels both familiar and new, bringing together food, space, and hospitality in harmony.
In its first year, Restaurant Ki was awarded one Michelin star and the Michelin Young Chef Award. It has also received recognition from leading American culinary publications and organizations, including being named a James Beard Foundation Best New Restaurant Finalist, as well as features in Esquire, Eater, The Infatuation, and the Los Angeles Times.
