Restaurant EVETT has been named one of the top 100 2023 Taste of Seoul gastronomy. I believe that we were able to achieve this honor every year thanks to the hard work of Team EVETT. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of the EVETT teams who are working hard toward the same goal, even though they have been very busy preparing for the opening of EVETT 3.0.

As we moved the space, we were thinking about how to deliver the EVETT 3.0 space and our story. So we decided to make an EVETT 3.0 video.
It's felt difficult to express EVETTs journey by just one persons opinion as Evett is a collection of people all working for the same goal and dream of building a beautiful restaurant that reflects a place in time.
